Delivery Information

DELIVERY

Most orders are shipped by Royal Mail, either 24 hour tracked or 48 hour tracked, within 2 business days of your order. Please allow between 2- 10 business days for delivery depending on which service you have selected.

If your order is large it may be sent by courier in which case you will be informed and given the details. 

We make every attempt to deliver your order as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. If you think you may not be in at time of delivery please give us safe place details for alternative delivery. During the holidays please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an email confirming shipping. If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail you will also receive an email from them with postage details.

For the Love of Earth reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check back from time to time to note any changes.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to all NG24 postcodes. After adding your delivery and billing addresses just select FREE LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout and we will drop your order off at that address withing 48 hours. Leave details of a 'SAFE PLACE' to leave your delivery if there is a chance you won't be in. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We also have the option for you to collect directly from our workshop, Unit 16, 3 Jessop Close, Newark, Notts, NG24 2TT (there is a video on the homepage showing how to find us), or if you use WHAT3WORDS use 'yourself:deny:abundance' (which always makes me feel like I'm being told off for over indulging!) After clicking 'proceed to checkout' select 'I WILL COLLECT MY ORDER IN STORE' I will then contact you to arrange a suitable time/day.
